This Dress Up Cat Doll knitting pattern is an exceptional template for endless creative opportunities! I've created a basic cat pattern that allows for a variety of finishes. With this pattern, you can embroider spots! You can double knit stripes! You can embroider on flowers or stars or any kind of decorative details! You can incorporate shirts or stockings! Pattern is written for the undressed design of the doll shown in the first photo. The other dolls are shown for inspiration! 
 
Though the pattern may be simple, this Dress Up doll is anything but! It has feet, curvy hips, shoulders, and a beautifully detailed head. If you are relatively new to knitting, don't sweat it! Most of the techniques used in the pattern are common, however some experience is recommended with increases, decreases, attaching sleeves, wrap-and-turns. The best part: it's knitted in the round! No mountain of body parts waiting to be sewn up! Set-in arms and legs keep you from guessing if they're place evenly. I even created a method for placing the ears evenly! 
 
Please note: You can use any yarn you'd like! I just recommend going down a needle size or two smaller than the manufacturer's recommendation to ensure that the doll's stitches are nice and tight.
