In purchasing Out of the Thistle items, you agree that you will not modify, translate. recreate, redistribute, resell, or publicly display, in part or in whole. Patterns for personal use, only. Not for commercial use. Items created from Out of the Thistle patterns may only be sold as stipulated in the Licensing Agreement. The Out of the Thistle name is to not be used to promote any product which is not distributed directly from this company.
Refunds
The Out of the Thistle Co strives to offer the highest-quality, heirloom products that will last through many generations. That said, this company will only honor refunds on inferior, unused items. Refunds will not be made on tutorials, books, digital files, pdf instant download or printed patterns and the like. Exchanges will not be made for any product. If purchasing a pre-made clothing item, please double-check the measurements, as refunds will not be made for 'wrong-size' complaints. Refunds will not be given to unclaimed international orders which sit in customs for any amount of time.
Communications
Email communications are responded to as quickly as possible, though the Out of the Thistle Co is not required to respond to every communication. We do not take custom orders at this time, so email requests for such will not be responded to.
Liabilities and Responsibilites
The Out of the Thistle Co is not liable for any damaged or stolen items purchased on this site. Slight variances in colors may exist due to monitor settings; the Company is not responsible for differences. The Company is not responsible for any harm or damage resulting from items being incorrectly used. The Company is not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by means beyond the Company's control. The Company is not responsible for lost, returned, or held-up items in customs.
Additional Details
All items created by the Out of the Thistle Co are handmade, not manufactured. In being handmade, items are generally of limited quantites. When an item advertised on this site is no longer available, the Company will attempt to remove the content as quickly as possible. The Out of the Thistle Co reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Any prior-exchanged monies in these instances will be refunded to the source of funds. Prices listed are U.S. dollars. You may submit an email to subscribe for occasional promotions and notifications. In doing so, your personal information will not be sold or distributed. Shipping rates subject to change. No tracking available for International orders. You may request to purchase shipping insurance prior to purchase and an invoice for the difference will be emailed to you.
