This Dress Up Doll knitting pattern is an exceptional template for endless creative opportunities! I've created a basic cropped and cabled sweater pattern that allows for a variety of finishes. You can find more clothing options for PDF knitting patterns available in our Etsy shop designed to fit the Dress Up Doll (PDF pattern) of your choice. 
 
Pattern is written for a solid-color cropped sweater with a cable centered up the front, shown in first photo. Doll instructions not included. 
 
Though the pattern may be simple, it has an all-over garter stitch giving a nice texture, featuring a cable running up the length of the front, it has a cropped fit to show off the dolls shapely body, and it has a half-open back with button closure for easy removal. If you are relatively new to knitting, don't sweat it! Most of the techniques used in the pattern are common, however some experience is recommended with increases, decreases, attaching sleeves, wrap-and-turns. Sweater partially knitted in the round.
 
Please note: I recommend using the same yarn you used to knit the doll to ensure a good fit. You will simply need to use a larger size knitting needle! You can use a different yarn, but it will need to be the same gauge as your doll yarn choice!
